Reply to condo guest messages from a guidebook
Hospitable's own host story says Jason Wolohan ran a Smoky Mountains cabin from Maryland and cut about five hours a week with automated guest replies.
Time and cost: about 5 hours a week saved (vendor host story)
Done with
What they did
Jason and Rachel Wolohan host a cabin in the Smoky Mountains while living eight hours away in Maryland. They picked Hospitable after other tools failed, mainly for guest communication: scheduled journey messages plus AI that reads a guidebook and drafts or sends replies when a guest asks a question. Review requests after checkout are part of the same stack. They run the property with no local office.
How it went
Hospitable's own success story says the stack saves him around five hours per week, or 20 hours per month, and that they are using the saved time to plan more properties.
Worth knowing
This is the vendor's own host story. Turn Auto Inbox off until the guidebook is right. Wifi, lockbox and parking answers must match the unit.
For a Pattaya condo rental
A Wong Amat condo owner who lives abroad can load wifi, parking, pool hours and the nearest 7-Eleven into a guidebook, then draft replies. Keep send on approval until those facts are stable. Do not invent a late checkout the building does not allow.
Set it up
- Write a guidebook with wifi, lockbox, parking, pool hours and noise rules.
- Connect the Airbnb or Booking.com inbox.
- Draft replies from that guidebook only.
- Keep send on approval for the first month.
- Alert a person when the guest sounds upset.
