Pratumnak sits on the ridge between Walking Street and Jomtien. It is quieter than Beach Road, with cafes, hillside restaurants, spas, and scooter hire along Pratumnak Road and the sois. Breakfast here, then drop down to the bay or continue south to Jomtien Beach.

Jomtien Pattaya
Jomtien is the long beach south of Pratumnak Hill. The beach road and Thepprasit are the practical spines: gyms, spas, karting, and bike or car hire sit along them. It is the usual base if you want sand and space without walking through central nightlife.

Central Pattaya is the grid between Beach Road and Second Road, from North Pattaya down toward the Walking Street arch. Songthaews loop those two roads. This is where most first-night dinners, spas, gyms, and hospital or bank errands sit.

Walking Street is the short south-bay strip that closes to cars at night. By day it is a landmark for Bali Hai Pier and the bottom of Beach Road. Use it to pick seafood, a show, or a scooter when you are already in South Pattaya — not as a stand-in for the whole city.
