Book dives and waivers from shop chat
DigiDive's own site says New Wave Divers in Boracay ran its booking agent on shop chat, with digital waivers signed from the hotel.
Done with
What they did
DigiDive's agent answers dive-trip enquiries on Messenger and Instagram, then handles digital waivers, the day's schedule and commission tracking. The first pilot was New Wave Divers in Boracay, a shop running multiple trips a day. Guests sign waivers from the hotel. Instructors see the board before they arrive. DigiDive's product page says the waivers are RSTC and PADI-compliant.
How it went
DigiDive's own site reports 500 or more waivers in use, instructors on it daily, months of live use, and no paper forms remaining. The quote is from the New Wave Divers team on that page.
Worth knowing
These figures are the vendor's own, from the pilot partner. A person still confirms boat times when the weather turns.
For a Pattaya tour or yacht desk
A Koh Larn or Sattahip dive desk that still uses paper waivers at 6 a.m. can start with digital waivers plus chat booking for fun dives. Keep Open Water course medical questions with an instructor.
Set it up
- Put boats, sites and course types in the shop calendar.
- Connect the chat channels guests already use.
- Collect name, cert level and preferred date.
- Send the digital waiver before the morning meeting point.
- Hold the first week's boat confirms for a person.
- Stop the agent on medical and rescue questions.
