What they did
ClearSkin Dermatology sees 80 to 100 patients a week across two providers. One coordinator was fielding 60 to 80 calls a day, and website enquiries sat until the next morning. VCL put a website chatbot on English and Spanish that books, reschedules and answers insurance questions, then sends SMS confirms plus 48-hour and 2-hour reminders with a one-tap reschedule. Phone stays for the odd cases.
How it went
VCL's own case, after an 8-week window, reports 40 percent more appointments, phone volume down 55 percent, and no-shows down from about 28 percent to under 10 percent. The build window is quoted at 5 weeks.
Worth knowing
Vendor case. Keep clinical advice with the clinician. Test the Thai and English pair the same way they tested English and Spanish.
For a Pattaya clinic
A Pratumnak clinic that loses evening website chats from visitors can copy bilingual book plus reminders. Emergencies stay with a person.
Set it up

- Connect website chat against the live calendar.
- Answer in the guest's language from that sheet only.
- Send the confirm and the 48-hour reminder.
