What they did
Shred415's busy check-in windows left calls unanswered, and iMessage was not covering after hours. They put Mindbody's Messenger[ai] on the studio lines so a guest can still book while the desk is taking class check-in. The vendor case covers January to November 2022 across 23 locations in 13 US states. Jen Wilkins, regional manager, is quoted on faster back-and-forth. One location ran a one-day flash sale that booked six clients and saved six missed calls on the assistant alone.
How it went
Mindbody's own case reports 729 total bookings, 465 new-client bookings, 217 missed calls saved, and $2.4k in package or membership revenue attributed to Messenger[ai] in that window.
Worth knowing
Vendor case from 2022. The PDF and the HTML summary disagree on one digit in the booking total (729 versus a 792 figure on the PDF header). Use the 729 booking line the HTML case repeats.
For a Pattaya gym or Muay Thai gym
A Naklua pad gym that misses trial calls during 6 p.m. class can copy after-hours book plus a person on day-pass price. Do not auto-sell a private session the trainer is not free for.
Set it up
- Connect the public studio number to the booking assistant.
- Limit it to class types and caps the desk already sells.
- Catch missed rings and offer the next open class.
- Send the confirm to the guest and the desk.
- A person still prices private sessions.
