Reply to every restaurant Google review
ReplyOnTheFly's own case for Grails Miami, a restaurant and sports bar, says Google review replies rose from about 52 percent to 100 percent, with more than 4 hours a week back.
Time and cost: more than 4 hours a week of review time saved (vendor host story)

What they did
Grails Miami was answering about half of its Google reviews, on a 3.2-day lag, while dinner service ran. ReplyOnTheFly drafts a reply in the house voice and the owner taps send from a phone. Negative reviews that used to sit unanswered now get a pass the same day.
How it went
ReplyOnTheFly's own case reports response rate from about 52 percent to 100 percent, average reply time from 3.2 days to under 2 hours, weekly review time from 4 to 5 hours down to under 30 minutes, and the Google rating from 4.6 to 4.7. Unanswered low-star reviews fell to zero a month.
Worth knowing
Vendor host story. Keep refund promises with a person. Do not auto-post a reply that names a staff member.
For a Pattaya restaurant
A Beach Road kitchen that still answers Google Reviews on Monday can copy a draft-plus-tap-send path. Thai and English drafts both need a look.
Set it up
- Connect the Google Business Profile the kitchen actually owns.
- Draft a reply from the complaint, with no refund promise.
- Hold send for a person on 1-star and 2-star notes.
- Post the same day, including during dinner service.
- Skip any draft that names a staff member.
