Siam Country Club Plantation opened in 2008 on a former pineapple plantation. Schmidt-Curley designed the 27 holes as three nines named Sugar Cane, Tapioca, and Pineapple. The Pineapple nine has a course rating of 76.3 and a slope of 143. On the Sugar Cane nine, hole 6 is a par 3 played downhill and hole 9 is a par 4. A visitor green fee is THB 5,700 on a weekday and THB 6,700 on a weekend or public holiday. The caddie fee is THB 500 and a caddie is required, with gratuities generally starting at THB 500. Carts are compulsory at THB 1,000, one cart per golfer, driven by the caddie, and they stay on the path after rain. A follower is THB 2,500. Club hire is THB 2,500, shoes are THB 800, and an umbrella is THB 500. The drive from central Pattaya takes 20 to 25 minutes via Siam Country Club Road. The restaurant serves Japanese, Korean, international, and Thai food and seats 200. Practice ground includes a putting green, a chipping area, and a natural grass driving range.
