Siam Country Club Old Course opened in 1971 and Schmidt-Curley renovated it in 2007. The parkland layout carries a course rating of 74.1 and a slope of 137. The closing hole is a par 5 that finishes in front of the clubhouse terrace, and the course has hosted the Honda LPGA Thailand. A visitor green fee is THB 6,500 on a weekday and THB 8,500 on a weekend or public holiday. A required caddie is THB 500, and the tip generally starts at THB 500. Each golfer takes a cart at THB 1,000 and the caddie drives it. After rain the cart stays on the path. A follower is THB 2,500. Club hire is THB 2,500, shoes are THB 800, and an umbrella is THB 500. The drive from central Pattaya takes 20 to 25 minutes via Siam Country Club Road, and the drive from Bangkok takes about 90 minutes on Highway 7. The clubhouse restaurant seats 150.
