About
Amata Spring Country Club opened in 2005 as a private members club at 700/3-9 Nong Mai Daeng, Chon Buri District, Chon Buri 20000. Lee Schmidt of Schmidt-Curley designed the layout, which plays to 7,500 yards. The 17th is a par 3 whose green is a floating island reached by boat. The clubhouse sits above the 18th hole and holds El Nino, an all day cafe for Asian and international food, and Diciotto, an Italian restaurant. A spa offers Thai, aromatherapy, and sports massage seven days a week. The driving range has a grass tee, 36 floodlit bays, more than 12 target greens, and a length of over 340 yards. The short game area has greens from 30 to 120 yards, a chipping green, and a bunker complex. Villas have three bedrooms. The ballroom holds over 200 people. The drive from Pattaya takes 45 minutes.
